"Not So New" Moms Group (kids ages 2-6yr)
This group is for moms of young kids. Research shows that postpartum hormones even out after about 2 years from giving birth. However, this doesn't mean that parenthood doesn't come with mental health struggles after 2 years. This one is for the moms who are out there struggling with sensory overload, rowdy kids, parents of energizer bunnies, feeling like they're the last one on the list. As a parent of a neurodivergent child (ADHD), and two boys, I especially feel the exhaustion of trying to keep up and can completely relate! While there are lots of child-focused groups and activities out there, I've found there are few options to support the moms and their mental health. This one's for you!
